FEES RENDERED FOR OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Our fee is always tailored to the scope of the required services. This scope could be all or a combination of those services described above.
We use the Tariff of Professional Fees as currently recommended by the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession as the basis for negotiation of a project quantity surveying fee and construction cost consultants fee respectively, which would then typically be payable in an agreed cashflow over the entire construction period.
